Sarah Kambe Holland and starring Sabrina Jie-A-Fa and Louis Tomeo. Known as the first feature to successfully crowdfund on TikTok, this micro-budget production is a testament to the power of the internet. The film’s Tiktok account now sits at 261K followers.
The film has been presented in numerous film festivals.

Everything comes back to the story. Twinkie is an aspiring animator who daydreams in animation. Animated overlays of words and doodles punch Twinkie’s emotions.
The animation was executed as overlays on live action, rotoscoped footage, and fully animated sequences. Additionally, I created a physical comic book detailing the chaotic adventure of Egghead and Twinkie, and made drawings for Twinkie’s bedroom.
